Stress
What are some things that you have found that help you deal with stress?
Exercise...but then finding time to squeeze it in is a stress all of its own! If I have 30 minutes all to myself to get rid of the stress brought on by the day, I'm a whole new woman, wife, & MOM ;)
Chocolate! I know, I know, it isn't the greatest fix, and I know it is only a temporary fix, but stress is temporary too. And if it isn't then it is time to change something in my life. Life is too short to always be stressed out! That's why choices and cholcolate were given to us!
Seriously-sex. Food is a temporary fix and I feel guilty and more stressed later. I am literaly never alone and I can honestly say I am never left alone. It does me no good to leave kids with a sitter or my occassionaly willing spouse because they save the refereeing for me and the house is never in fewer than 10 pieces.
